Out of all of the creepy futuristic dystopian evil overlords that ever existed, I gotta say, Kim Jong-il was probably my all time favorite. I think he was more adorable and creepy than Mummar Al-Gaddafi, and that man could rock some bling.

Jong-il kloved Hennesey, mind control and MILF porn. I mean, the man could party like it was 1984. It only makes sense that Kozik finally added the Pyongyang Playa to his Hail to the Goon Squad mini busts. Not having him in the lineup would be like not having Benjamin Franklin on Mount Everest.
