The Black Mountain Sensory Stimulation Overload Cocktail

The holidays are coming and that means cooking, socializing and fun. But while you are going to be hosting and engaging in a lot of social activities, it’s good to take some time for yourself to get away from the rigmarole and stress of so much running around. I developed a couple of different recipes to take the edge off that come in handy.
Here is a recipe for what I call Black Mountain sensory stimulation overload cocktail. I worked on perfecting it for the past two weeks, dedicating like 3-6 hours each day. I feel like I finally mastered it and want to share it with you. It’s a really nifty treat that I highly encourage you try at home, alone or with friends. It’s fun for hours but not with the whole family.
Ingredients:
-1 Black Mountain Self Titled EP loaded in the Ipod dock
-1 copy of Holy Mountain on DVD on the flat screen with the sound muted
-8 extra cushy throw pillows that your old roommate Dave left when he moved out.
-12 sitcks of Nag Champa Lavender (no this doesn’t make you a pussy)
-2 red light bulbs replacing your night stand lamps
-2 quarts oreo cookie ice cream
-1 pound bag skittles
-36 swizzle sticks
-1 quart orange soda
-the good shit as you see fit.*
Start by pressing play on the Ipod. Then do the other stuff that I can’t remember off the top of my head right now. Eat candy. Oh and be sure to turn off your phone. At some point you may feel compelled to fap. If the neighbors knock on the door don’t answer. The people outside know.
